Core Gameplay Mechanics:

1. Exploration: Traverse vast landscapes, climb mountains, swim rivers, and glide across chasms. Discover hidden chests, solve environmental puzzles, and unlock Waypoints and Statues of the Seven for fast travel.
2. Combat: Build a team of up to four characters. Switch between them mid-combat to trigger elemental reactions, exploit enemy weaknesses (e.g., Pyro Slimes are immune to Pyro attacks, use Hydro/Cryo/Electro/Dendro instead), and maximize damage.
3. Character Progression:
   • Level Up Characters: Use EXP materials to increase character levels.
   • Ascension: Periodically, characters need to be “ascended” using specific regional materials and boss drops to raise their level cap and unlock new talents.
   • Talents: Upgrade character abilities (Normal Attacks, Elemental Skill, Elemental Burst) using “Talent Books” from Domains.
   • Weapons: Level up and ascend weapons to boost their stats.
   • Artifacts: Equip artifacts (sets of gear with main stats and sub-stats) to further customize character performance. Finding artifacts with optimal stats is a key endgame grind.
